Today I saw an adorable little girl wearing a blue shirt with the words "Today is My Favorite Day" in big pink letters. It got me thinking. Can I say that each day is my favorite day? Am I delighting in the time God has given me?
It's easy to be worried about tomorrow or eagerly anticipating tomorrow, forgetting that "this is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it" (Psalm 118:24). Today is the day God has given you. Delight in it because you are delighting in God and together we can say, "Today is my favorite day!"
